Chiropractic Care

Focused on Whole Body Health

More than spinal adjustments, we support your body’s natural healing through personalized care, nutritional guidance, and healthy lifestyle strategies.

Nutritional Support

Since each person is different, we can go through your dietary needs and restrictions to find where your body could use more nutrients. Supplements are a great way to ensure you have all of the fuel your nervous system needs to function at its best.

Chiropractic Care

An adjustment is only one part of chiropractic care. We help you understand why your body has subluxations in the first place and guide you toward healthier movement, posture, and daily habits that support long-term healing and stability.

Things Chiropractic can help with:

  • Low back pain

  • Neck pain

  • Rib subluxation

  • Headaches

  • TMJ

  • Muscle spasm

  • Sciatica

  • Pregnancy

Webster

Technique

Webster technique is a chiropractic analysis and gentle adjustment to the sacrum typically done with pregnant patients. The goal is to improve the nervous system function and help the body function better. Balancing the pelvis is important to reduce tension in the muscles and ligaments attaches to the pelvis which might help with better positioning leading up to birth.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a gentle way to help restore balance to your nervous system. We use small needles to stimulate points that will help with a number of symptoms.

Hate needles? Me too! We can work together to build a tolerance and stay within your comfort zone. The needles are very small and are typically only felt on insertion if at all.

Things Acupuncture can help with:

  • Headaches

  • TMJ

  • Menstrual cramps/irregularity

  • Infertility/Pregnancy

  • Weight Loss

  • Addiction

  • Anxiety

  • Spinal Pain

  • Extremity Pain

  • So much more!
